Non-refundable deposit to reserve a 1/4 steer. Balance due at pickup, based on actual hanging weight. The list below is for how I get mine cut. If you order a half I can get it cut differently. I maximize steaks and cut them thick! My price right now is 5.90 a lbs "Hanging Weight" which yields about 65% to 70% cut meat. This is a temporary price cut from $6.25. The full price will be close to $1000 per half with about 110 lbs of meat. You need about 3-4 cubic feet of freezer space for a half. I can deliver to BHM or HSV area. Angus / Hereford born and raised here. Grass fed and grain finished. The next available is the beginning of November.
